CREA Realtor Cooperation Policy - Scope Note
CREA's Realtor Cooperation Policy (effective January 3, 2024) requires REALTOR® members to submit publicly marketed residential listings to MLS® within 3 business days of public marketing commencement.
SellBusiness.ca is a business-for-sale and commercial real estate platform. The Realtor Cooperation Policy's 3-day MLS submission obligation applies to residential properties and does not govern the listing of businesses for sale or the majority of commercial listings on this platform.
